Red kidney beans and green lentils in a chilli sauce built on fresh ginger, garlic and onions. Mild, so the flavour comes through before the heat does.
Spoon it over rice, stir it through pasta or couscous, or serve it alongside grilled vegetables. It is substantial enough to be the meal rather than the thing beside it.
Made in Corby to the recipe we started with in 2008. No colours, additives or preservatives.

What is the difference between mild and hot?
The recipe underneath is the same. Mild simply carries less chilli and extra hot carries more, so you get the full depth of flavour at whichever strength suits you. It means a table with different tastes can share the same meal.

How do I store a jar once it is opened?
